Hello, I recently upgraded from 150mb to 900mb, signed the contract last week got given the go live date of 31/3/25, but no change in my service. Live chat was absolutely useless on this occasion(usually they're quite good)
My account does not show the update to the plan type. Also talk talk has promised me compensation multiple times but is always dodging giving said compensation

@K8SE10, compensation is only awarded about a month after resolution of a problem, so if it's not resolved the clock hasn't even started ticking yet and it cannot be chased at the moment - not all situations fit their "delay to start of service" description either, particularly if you already have a service running OK.

Sometimes it takes a few days for My Account to show the new package. Staff will be able to check if there's some sort of problem with stuck orders etc.
And for all upgrades, they always say it can happen any time up to midnight on the Go Live date. We are not quite there yet.
