I had requested to disconnect my connection from the shop - address: ** removed **
instead my home connection was disconnected. Address: ** removed ** 
kindly restore my home connection asap.

Your home connection was cancelled by a complaints manager on the 23rd March. 

 

The only way to restore the connection is to contact sales and place a new order with a new contract.
