Hi
My parents have had a talk talk full fibre for a coup[le of months now with no problems until last week. My dad was in hospital for a couple of days and my mum lost her mobile. which normally this would not be a problem but now they do not have a landline so she could not call me to let me know she had. so at 83 she had to walk to my house in the dark by herself to tell me.
My question is can they add a landline to the full fibre account?

Hello there Pieman1,
We firstly do apologise for any difficulties that this may have caused as an elderly had to go through.
Please note that we do have our TalkTalk Digital Voice (VoIP).
Basically, TalkTalk Digital Voice is TalkTalk’s Voice over Internet Protocol service (VoIP). It is also referred to as IP telephony, internet telephony, or internet calling.
We offer it with Full Fibre packages that do not come with a conventional phone connection to the copper network. It enables customers to make conventional landline phone calls over the broadband connection. It works with the same telephony services and call packages as our normal phone services and customers will retain their existing phone number when moving to it.
Special considerations are required for customers who use their phoneline for more than just making calls. If phone extensions and additional devices such as security alarms or personal safety alarms are used, we must be careful about whether customers can be moved to Digital Voice and how to do this. Suitability questions are given in the call flow to help guide this process.
Customers will require an ATA (analogue telephone adapter) which a landline phone can plug into, to convert the phone signal into packets of data. Our Wi-Fi Hub 2 router has a built-in ATA port so there is no need for a separate adapter. Packages that come with our eero routers require an additional Digital Voice Adapter (DVA) to connect the phone to the router. The Digital Voice Adapter may also be referred to as ‘Grandstream’ by customers as this is the brand name on the adapter.
To add this, we strongly advise for you to get in touch with our Loyalty department using 0345 172 0088 Monday - Friday 9am - 7pm; Saturday - 9am - 6pm; Sunday Closed as our dedicated team will further assist.
Thanks.
