I've been a long term customer for sevearl years more that I care to remember. I just wondered if TalkTalk would be prepared to offer a FREE or reduced fee for providing a Full Fibre Broadband and VOIP installation. I understand TalkTalk would need to carry out a survey first to see if this was a viable and possible arrangement. I really would like to get rid of my copper installation in view of the digital changeover in the next few years. Any suggestions from the Community??
