It's not available to customers arriving at Talktalk, and any information in My Account tends to show the same.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

So  TalkTalk DO offer a digital voice service, this is not very clearly explained when looking at the package info, all they say is you need a mobile phone service to make calls!!, thanks for this info @Gliwmaeden2 , I think a chat with is in order.

You keep the same phone number but have to use a Digital Voice Adapter for the phone to work with an Eero.

You absolutely have to order it with the Full Fibre broadband installation order - it can't be added later.

Call or use Chat, @john09cw.
