Full Fibre Modem

I am having Full Fibre fitted next Friday, the 6th of February.  I believe I will be sent a new modem that works with Full Fibre.

Should I be concerned it has not turned up yet? As there would be only four days on which it could be delivered next week, before the engineer arrives.

The router is not normally sent out until a day or so before your go live date. The installers will bring the ONT, which also goes inside your home. If you have not been sent the router, just ask them & they will provide it for you.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
