Hi Folks,

My activity log always shows zero ad blocks and zero threat blocks.  This is despite 16  devices being connected and used to access internet on regular basis.  i have restarted the both eero routers . An y fix for this issue?

I am really not sure what your concerns are here? What equipment do you imagine to be at risk? Somebody once said a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing!

Hi folks,

I use to get plenty of  threat blocks and ad blocks registering on the Activity report , the same devices are attached, smart plugs ,  alexa,  smart TVs , the list goes on, So why is none registering  now ? I have been working abroad  and only recently noticed on my return of the issue . My concerns are that there is a fault with the device or firmware and my equipment that does not have security software is at risk..

Thanks  770044

Hi @BlueMoon1604

This will only show the number of ads & threats that are blocked by the eeros themselves. If security/privacy software blocks them on the device, these counters will not increment.

Obviously, a zero count is what you want to see, unless your devices are or have accessed content that the eeros should have blocked. Please can you clarify what your concerns are exactly?
