In a few weeks we will be going over to full fibre.what effect will this have on our landline .

Hello,

 

Just to confirm, did you place an order for a VOIP voice service too as this can't be added after the FTTP service goes live?

You needed to order VOIP with your full fibre order. 

 

Check that this can be  done, or cancel and re order if it can't be added at this stage.
