I was recently switched over to full fibre and Voip on TalkTalks switchover programme. No problems with internet but something odd happening with landline. Every thirty minutes the handset display lights up and says incoming message, it then shows "no number" and the time. The phone does not ring. It started at 22mins and 52mins, then 18 and 48, then 19 and 49 and today has become 20 and 50 minutes. On December 22 I was told a call had been booked for the "tech" department to call me on December 28th to resolve it but the call never came. It's beginning to irritate me now because when I get home I have to scroll through every call to see if any body did actually call. Any body else experienced similar?

It's been a known (and annoying!) issue, @cat14.
Staff do have a remedy, and will reply after the weekend.
