Hi
I'm being upgraded to full fibre and digital voice, i'm just a bit concerned how the digital voice will work as i only have a Hub1 and not a Hub 2 with additional green port. Which means my standard / dect phone won't work, I thought TT might have sent out new router, but my install is for 23rd Oct and nothing yet.
Anyone know the process - will Openreach bring the router - as i'm just being updated to lowest Full Fibre i don't believe TT send out an eero.

If it is Full Fibre 65 then this should be a Wifi Hub 2. The router will usually arrive at least 24hrs prior to the upgrade. Please let us know how you get on.

I'm assuming it Full Fibre 65 - as Talk Talk initiated the upgrade with and email and letter which said Openreach would reach out.
So i don't know if that gets relayed back - i know you can use digital voice with app on phone i'm sure worst case i can work it out. But would be nice if that was communicated.

Hi Nadeem-Aslam,
Which service are you being upgraded too (speed)? - You should receive either a wifi hub 2 or eero with digital voice adapter, depending on which Future Fibre package you are upgrading too.
