FullFibre and no telephone

FullFibre connected by CityFibre early December, internet fine but telephone not working. Numerous texts to TT but told everything OK. From looking online, seems as if I need a Digital Voice Adapter which was not mentioned by anyone I messaged. TT online says can be got for free from BT/EE, but their plug in one only works for BT/EE lines. How do I get one that works for TT and City Fibre? I am totally frustrated.

Morning,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Telephone number or Account number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Michelle

Hi @DGH39
Which router do you have, an eero or a WiFi Hub 2? I assume that you did apply for Digital Voice when you went for full fibre. So long as you did apply for it, then I can get TalkTalk to supply any missing items for you. If you have the Sagemcom WiFi Hub 2 though, all you need to do is to peel off the sticker on the rear of the router to reveal a phone port. Your phone simply connects to there & it should work right now.

I am not employed by TalkTalk, I'm just a customer. If my post has fixed the issue, please set Accept as Solution from the 3 dot menu.
