Hub2 SG4K100174 port forwarding issue

Hi, having issues to setup port forwarding on my Hub2 SG4K100174 router and getting 'something wrong has happened' error.  Any idea if this is firmware version issue or something trivial I'm missing here. Thanks.

Hi Keith,

yes resetting to factory defaults did the trick , thanks a lot.

Can you try a factory default & also tell me what hardware revision you are on?

I have just tried this & it worked first time. Is this definitely a Hub 2 (Sagemcom 5464), could it possibly be a 5364 & if so what hardware revision is it?
