I have WIFi Hub router (WIFI 5) with FTTP Fast Fibre150 Mbps connection. Due to TalkTalk (TT) router is only wifi 5 spec, I bought new TP-Link WIfi 6E router to use at home instead of TT router.
I have an issue with configuring it with the ODM modem. I read TT community forums and users advised that I need to ask to disable VLAN Tagging setting on ODM modem.
I tried new router with DHCP for WAN, I also tried to Disable VLAN Tagging in router settings (Advance->Internet Connectivity->VLAN Tagging, but after Apply and reboot of router and login again this is staying as Enable. I also tried to directly connect my PC to the modem via cat6 but all attempts not worked.
After that I found on Community forum that I need to ask support to Disable VLAN Tagging, by running comment on ODM to disable VLAN Tagging, but support was not able to do it and direct me to post on community forum.
Kindly, can you help, so I can use my brand new router (tri-band WIFI 6E) It's TP-Link Archer AXE75.
Thank you in advance

Hi Chris. Sorry for late reply. I was enjoying using my new router TP-Link Archer AXE75 with Full Fibre 150 from TalkTalk.
It works perfect now. I see you disabled VLAN Tagging for my connection, and I got new IP.
All works fine, and I really enjoy 3 band Wi-Fi at home. I even setup signal strength to medium in my town house, and it is enough to cover it. Things lie YT or Prime video on TV are loading faster, and I can remove temp eth cable from router to gaming PC, and utilizing 6GHz band for the WiFi6E.
Thank you vey much for fast response, help and resolving my issue.

Hi kamko78,
I've changed your line profile which should hopefully resolve the issue. Could you give it an hour and then try the new router again. Please let us know how you get on

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
