I can't open any affiliate links

Hi,

Does anyone know how can I fix the setting so it allows me to open affiliate links? specifically, the 'Deal' links on HUKD. They used to work fine but not anymore. Someone on the forum there suggested to look at the security settings under my TalkTalk account but there seems to be issue with the account itself. I cannot open the 'bills and payments' section or 'security settings' section. 'There was a technical error, try again later' and I have been trying for a week.

This is a DNS error. I had the same problem for weeks, and it's something TalkTalk needs to fix on their end. In the meantime, you can use a custom DNS (either at Windows level or Router level)

Assuming you are using windows, here's a quick guide:

@fr8ys thanks for advising and I suggest that you clear your cookies and cache on your current browser and try to access the link again.

Have you tried an alternative browser?

Which browser do you use? It may be the security settings within the browser causing the issue.

Do you have Homesafe enabled? If so try adding the domain to your trusted sites, or disabling it to test.
