Hi, I have this problem since Wednesday morning. My router is working fine, checked the line, all good. But I can’t get online on my devices especially computers and mobiles. My Alexa works so as tv with YouTube but no Netflix. The devices connect to the WiFi as before but no internet . I work from home in healthcare and it is a very difficult situation for me. Help appreciated

What lights are on the ONT and modem
Have you tried turning the ONT and router off for minimum 30 minutes this is usually what is suggested.
