IPv6 Availability?

Hey, I've recently been connected to TalkTalk on Fibre 900, I'm running an Asus RT-AX88U Pro router as the Eero didn't meet my needs with Ethernet.  Happy with the connection so far, but surprised at the apparent lack of IPv6

Does TalkTalk support IPV6 at this time?  If yes, how is it handled so that I can adapt my router settings to make it work?

Thanks in advance.

If you have an issue with billing, @FatAndAngry,  please post in the billing section of the forum.

Arne should be able to check what the cut off date was for this year's price rise (applied April '24).

It would have been CPI + 3.7%, not 3.9% (which is what most other companies apply), but it depends when exactly you joined.

He will be able to double check the cashback issue for you as well. It can take some time to trace.

Amazing really, and TalkTalk is no longer on the cheaper side these days. They hit me with an RPI +3.9% only a month after joining. Made a mockery of the advertised price. They also refused to pay £100 of Topcashback, despite being given correct information.

There will be a reckoning for all of these let downs in 13 months time.

BT rolled out IPv6 out broadband 8 years ago in 2016.

IPv6 has only been in use for 26 years worldwide - since the last century/millenium.

Not providing IPv6 these days is quite shocking and doesn't say much for TalkTalk.

There is no public announcement for the introduction of IPv6 to TalkTalk customers. We know that the TalkTalk network is IPv6 compliant and operates a Dual Stack system.
