This afternoon we lost connection to the internet.
The ONT has the power and ethernet lights on, but the service and broadband lights are off.
I have rebooted the ONT, reconnected the cables but no change.
Would appreciate any assistance.

Appreciate the advice, but last time I was sat on webchat waiting for an agent for two hours before they closed.
Just trying all avenues at once this time!
