Hello,

We are experiencing an internet issue: all the lights on the black box are green, but the Eero’s light is red, and there is no internet connection. Please help us resolve this problem.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number or Account number
  • Alternative contact number

@Sc355 and @KristinaPalesheva, for staff support, you need to complete your community forum profile details. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

This is for them to identify your account, but they won't be back on here before Monday to reply.

I have the exact same problem, told me to check 

talktalk.co.uk/servicestatus

For updates and the newest thing rhere is 35 days ago due to the storm. What a load of help that was
