A talktalk engineer installed a modem last week while I was out. I have no telephone connection nowand my TV is still connected to my old Virgin Medai modem

Hi @TheGlade we will need to run checks on your line, just to confirm your TalkTalk modem is not working and you are using your old provider's equipment at the moment?

You've posted in the email section, but I'll move this thread to Full Fibre for attention from staff, as it appears to be an issue with the installation.
