Morning we had fibre cable attached to the house via a new pole at the back of the house the cable is not taut hangs down and situated around branches which are encased around cable , still have the old front tt cable still in use at the same time , .Trying to update Alexa plus alarms ‼️ won’t allow on new cable or old cable , frustrating and still poor signal

Do you have our Full Fibre service? Does your internet connection seem to work OK apart from the issue with Alexa?
