My eero pro 6 keeps saying no wan up address

Every time I try setting up my eero router the app it keeps saying no wan ip address at the point now I’m thinking of cancelling my talk talk contract and going elsewhere as this is a common problem with this router and company I’ve never in my life heard so many excuses why it won’t work totally fed up with it.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:
