Network Connectivity Issues for CityFibre Customers in Poole

Hi

 

From about 5pm today our internet has been down. We have tried all the usual measures (resetting devices, routers etc.) but have not had any luck.

 

I've used the live chat feature with your full fibre technical team and have run a network connection test. I was also informed that a number of CityFibre customers in my town of Poole, Dorset are also having this issue.

 

An engineer is visiting on 5th September but wanted to post on here as you've been amazing before when it comes to technical faults discussed on this forum. I was wondering if you could also look into the issue to see if there are any other potential resolutions to this connectivity issue?
