Hey,
I've recently signed up for 900mb broadband on 17/02/23. However I've not received any kind of confirmation email, nothing in spam. Is this normal?
I've read so many posts and negative reviews I'm kind of regretting my decision in joining and may go elsewhere regardless.
Back to my question however, I called fibre support who didn't have a clue what planet they were on, and naturally my application cannot be found. I've not been issued with a reference/customers number or anything. The only thing that has happened is a hard search on my credit, which is fine. I find it odd if this is normal why leave people in the dark.
Anyone please advise?

Hey, I received a txt eventually with a timeslot for city fibre. On the txt I said cancel which appears to have cancelled the install.
I received a txt from talk talk it appears a bit after "Hi, it's TalkTalk here. We successfully cancelled your order. Thank you."
So from that it appears to have done it. That's the only comms I've had from talk talk through all of the process. Bit sparse.

Nevermind guys, if someone could kindly request a cancellation that'd be great. I'm not going to proceed. No confidence in the outfit.
