Afternoon,
CityFibre installed full fibre to my premises on 10.12.24. TalkTalk said router had been dispatched. Then 3 days later still no equipment, TalkTalk said would be sent in 3 days. Do I get a router with the upgrade or still use existing wifi hub for the copper fibre service? Does TalkTalk have stock of new routers to supply?
Macy

Hi MacyZN21,
As ferguson said, you should be able to use your old hub with your new service, have you tried it?

You should be able to use your existing Hub with the Full Fibre service. The support team here will advise further when they pick this up tomorrow.
