New router tracking number

Hi,

I recently order full fiber 500 VoIP, I am to be supplied with a new router (WI FI Hub 3) the fiber is to be installed next Monday 23rd. my question is where do I find the tracking number for the new router ?

Hi @davidl1 I have checked on your account and when the order was placed on the 09.06.2025 it included the equipment which is a WiFi Hub 3 since you are upgrading to Fill Fibre. I have checked on the status of the equipment and it is on Fulfilment request. The status "on fulfillment request" typically means that your order for the WiFi Hub 3 is in the process of being prepared for shipment. This stage indicates that the order has been received and is being processed, but it has not yet been dispatched. The equipment might be shipped today and we will have the tracking number and delivered by Friday or the engineer will come with the equipment when they are installing on the 23.06.2025.

Hi Your help is very much appropriated, However can someone please confirm that the router has been dispatched  along with a tracking number if possible.

Hi @davidl1 looking into your account I can confirm that the order was put through on the 09.06.2025 for Full Fibre, estimated go live date is the 23.06.2025.

It's normally sent by the carrier when dispatched by TalkTalk and in their possession.
