Connection drops about a minute at a time every 20-30 mins.

My connection is dropping every 20-30 minutes (sometimes less). The connection drops out for about a minute at a time. Internet works 90% percent of the time however the disconnections are so frequent it’s maddening.

Every test shows no fault on my line, my eero pro 6 doesn’t appear to be faulty and my cables are all plugged in correctly.

Technical team has been no help insisting that I monitor my connection for another 24 hours and assuring me that the connection issue has been resolved when it never is. I game online and constantly disconnecting every 30 minutes makes it impossible. I left my previous ISP (EE) as this was happening since March 2025. They sent me out 3 different routers and the problem continues  even after switching to TALKTALK.

When you lose connection are the lights on the ONT the same as when its working fine?

Which router do you have?

What lights show on router when it drops connection?
