No WiFi, unable to contact support by any means

I have been without WiFi since a power cut over the weekend. My router is constantly flashing orange. I have gone through the troubleshooting suggestions which have made no difference at all. Each night this week, I have literally spent hours watching a chat screen or on the phone listening to music. How on earth can I get some support? I appreciate you are busy, but surely there must be a better way. The last time I had this issue, I needed a new router. Can I please request one?

OK, I can see that this has now been logged out to Openreach for further investigation, they will investigate and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Line test is picking up a potential fault. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?
