Hello, I have been contacting support constantly about this and keep getting the same answer. This is already 4 months delayed and my appointment is due on the 21st, no tracking details received and every time I contact support I just get told : "rest assured your equipment will arrive before the engineer appointment". I find that very hard to believe when I haven't received any form of tracking or information to when this will come

Hi, mine arrive the morning of the install, don't panic if its not there the day before you don't need the router for the full fibre to be fully installed and if your current router has the red WAN port you can use that so you will not be left with no internet, the staff may be able to give you more info on delivery but as i say don't worry (as i did needlessly because i didn't know i could use my old one) it'll be there.
