Morning
Received my latest bill and have been wrongly charged £75 for an engineer visit.
The engineer identified the problem was at TalkTalks end. The line had been "stopped" and there was no problem from the exchange to my property nor any issues with the wiring or equipment in the property.
Can you arrange for this charge to be removed or credited please?
