I haven't received any confirmation email, no emails from talk talk in fact besides £80 voucher. I want to confirm I will get my router and package on the 14th Feb. Only contact I've had is a message from city fibre. I cant double check any of this due to not being able to log into the talk talk account with no email confirmation. Any help is appreciated.

I can't find any information, I can only guess that the order failed somehow. You will need to call us and maybe make a new order.

Hi there,
Updated Name and phone yet I do not know my account number or order reference. I assumed I would get an email with this information yet have received nothing other than city fibre text message which only tells me the date of supposed installation.
