Hi. I am connected to the router but I am constantly getting connected with no Internet. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting over and over with no success. Also, when I tried logging in to my account it keeps sending me back to the log in page. Can you tell me what the issue is please.

@siphosethu-TT, RonM65, the original poster, started this thread back in July 2024 and has never posted back since - so the thread is 9 months old.
The topic only restarted because another customer started posting on it.
It should not have been in the queue for attention from the support team.

What make/model of router are you using & what is the state of the light(s) on the front of it when this happens?
