I am currently on holiday and it appears my service has been down since 7am on Saturday 7th as my security system is showing offline. I got a family member to go to property to reboot my router but still offline. I did chat with TT but they advise i need to be at the property. I have only recently been upgraded to full fibre 150. I am concerned as back at weekend and need service to work on Monday. The family member sent me a photo and it looks like there are no lights on my ONT but unsure if this is just a bad picture.
Can anyone help? Will I need an openreach engineer to attend. We were on holiday for a couple of days before this happens so noone has been there to accidentally switch it off etc.
