No ring calls every 30mins since Full Fibre upgrade.

Ever since i had my Full fibre upgraded for free by TalkTalk i keep getting no ring calls every 30 minutes on my BT phone. I have spoken to TalkTalk support multiple times on the phone but each time i get no solution provided. Last call i was told to wait for an engineer but that has been a week now with no call back.
I see on here that multiple people have this same problem with the solution of a software fix? Would this solve my problem?

The team have confirmed that the fix has now been applied so you should no longer see any more of these 30 minute missed calls. I'll check back in with you on Friday just to ensure that everything is ok.
