We have just got a new fibre 65 router today but cannot get any of our Nooie plugs to pair with the network, it just keeps saying network unresponsive,

Hi @Kayeamron your post has been escalated and you should hear soon but like as not the plugs like to see WiFi on 2.4 ghz not 5 ghz.
Access your router and temporarily disable the 5 ghz band. Then reboot your plugs and you should be back in business.
Once all is good re enable 5ghz.
