Hi, day 8 with no internet and after a very frustrating number of conversations, on line chats and an engineer visit, followed bu another 1 hour on line chat, i still have no internet.
I have a new router, amber light flashing, 2 new power adapters all lights are in. Engineer said internet is coming into the house but not connecting to router, suggested an issue with IP address, not something he could fix? After chatting to talk talk, they took me through all of the usual checks (again) then said we'll send an engineer out! Lost the plot and waiting for a manager call back.
Any ideas, clues, hints and tips please clever people? (yes everything is connected as it should be, and no, nothing appears to be damaged) 🙂
