Has anyone got their phone working with their own router?

is there an an analogue to digital converter?

or is there any settings I can try with a SPA device or similar?

OK, have you reached out to the router maker to ask how to make this work for you? A DVA should do the job, but I couldn't speak for any configuration required. What make/model is it by the way?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

Do you have Full Fibre with VoIP from TalkTalk? If so, you should have been supplied with a Hub which includes a built-in digital voice port, or an eero along with a separate DVA. Otherwise, please clarify.
