Phishing email reporting hurdles

I am continually getting frustrated when trying to send phishing emails to Talktalk, especially when they pro port to be from Talktalk. I wouldn’t have thought it rocket science to filter out any email that uses Talktalk as an email address and pro actively act on them without enabling the scammers. I use an apple ipad and when viewing an email do not have the option to create a file and add as an attachment to another email as instructed. I am easily able to forward a phishing email to report@phishing.gov without it bouncing back so why can’t Talktalk be more flexible?

Which email client do you use?
I use 'new Outlook'. With that you can view the email, and within the dropdown menu, you can send a new email, attaching the currently viewed email, without saving it.
