Hi there,
my router light is going through the following sequence:
solid white for about 20 seconds then flashes white twice orange once white twice orange once white twice orange once white twice before going solid white again
I can’t see anything that says what this could be.
Internet connection seems all okay despite the flashing router.
Please can anyone help?

I just did a ‘Track my Fault’ from my account home page and got the following message however I don’t have any Digital Voice equipment:
Our tests have found a potential issue with the Digital Voice equipment in your home.
To resolve this, please perform a restart on your equipment including your router, eero and Digital Voice adapter (Grandstream ATA).
If you're not finding an improvement after performing a restart, please complete a factory reset on your Digital Voice adapter (ATA) and wait 15 minutes for it to resync with our network.
If you're still experiencing issues after this, you can chat to a member of our team using live chat for further help.
but as I say, we don’t have any Digital Voice equipment.

I had an old router (exactly the same model) and connected that and exactly sequence of lights appeared once it connected to the internet!
I guess it’s not a router problem then.
I have also switched off the ONT and then powered back on but again this hasn’t changed anything.
ultimately the internet is working but clearly something isn’t quite right and maybe a wider issue

I’ve just tried the factory reset and it’s gone straight back into the same cycle of flashing lights again.
Internet is working. Green ONT lights are on as usual it’s just the flashing on the router.

Hi @Julessacha
If the internet is OK while this is happening, you could try a factory reset of the router. Press and hold the recessed reset button near the power button for about 10 seconds or until the light's colour changes. The reset will probably take about 3 to 5 minutes to complete, and you'll have no service during that time.

Hi,
The internet connection seems okay. The strange sequence of the lights on the router is what is concerning me. It isn’t the usual flashing lights when it is trying to connect.

A blinking white light means the router is trying to connect to the internet If the light doesn't turn solid white after a few minutes, you may need to restart your router or contact TalkTalk for assistance.
Are the lights on the ONT green?
