Thanks for your reply Keith.
I'm just happy the router is now working correctly.

I think in that case the light was never red, but orange. On this router, the red & orange can look very similar.

Hi Siphosethu.
The only issue was the red light. It has now been resolved. Solid White Light now working correctly.
Thanks.

Hi Philile.
I think your probably right.
I will wait on the update from TT and see if that solves the issue.
Many Thanks.

Hi there@silverbird63 this could be because of the VOIP fault.
on 26-05-2025 01:16 PM
Apologies Keith.
I have lots of messages.
Didn't notice that.
Thanks

Thank You Gliwmaeden2.
It's so frustrating. I think the only way to resolve this is to get rid of my landline which I no longer use.
on 26-05-2025 12:37 PM
@silverbird63, the issue is with VOIP generally, not specific to which router.
on 26-05-2025 12:19 PM
Thank you for the update.
I did have the Hub 2 on my last contract and yes they were the issues I was experiencing. I now have a Super Router but I don't use my landline.
Would this potentially still be the issue.
Many Thanks

Yes, it might, anyone who might have the issue can just use the link for updates. Thanks
