I have sent a message over a month ago ref my router haveing a orange lite flashing reqesting a new one. I can get on the internet useing a tp-link router. what bothers me is that i have not had reply.

They will complete diagnostic checks to detect if there is a fault with your router, they will be able to send you a free replacement router.
