I have sent a message over a month ago ref my router haveing a orange lite flashing reqesting a new one. I can get on the internet useing a tp-link router. what bothers me is that i have not had reply.

I would love to assist you however my resources are limited. Please contact the full fibre team on 03451720074  -  VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed. They will complete diagnostic checks to detect if there is a fault with your router, they will be able to send you a free replacement router.
