I'm trying to set up a PPTP VPN to allow me to work from home, but I'm unable to establish a connection. My work IT has suggested that Talk talk needs to enable PPTP on the router for this to work.
Can you please make whatever changes are required to my router to enable the PPTP VPN to work please. I'm told it ought to be a straightforward thing to do, but I'm no expert.

Please complete your community forum profile details, @Jules1967. Staff use this information to identify your account.
Go via your avatar, settings, drop down menu....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
They will check which version of firmware is on there and possibly roll it back.
They won't be here before Monday, but may be on very early, so keep the router switched on.
