hi Chris,

 

the laptop is not connecting to the internet at all which is the same issue as before. The contract renewed last week and today is the first time I used my work laptop and i have had to connect it to the network from my phone and wifi not connecting.

What happens when you try to connect to the VPN, do you get an error message?

 

When did the latest issue with the VPN start?

This has happened before as previously advised and this is what needs doing. so can someone please do this? 

 

 My IT has confirm we have a PPTP VPN server at work and I'm unable to connect to work from home. I have called numerous times and no one has actually provided a solution that works and have been hang up the call a few times. 

 

So from reading this forum I either need an update of my firmware like this person had

Because you have just renewed. It could be that your I.T from work need to update the VPN as well. Have spoken to them.

it's not letting me work from home after I have renewed my contract with yourselves. So I think the firmware needs updating?
