I was with Shell and now it seems I am with Talktalk. I am on the Fibre 500 but it is painfully slow. I suspevct it might be the old router I recieved from Shell. I see from the TT spec that I should have the Amazon eero router.... how do i go about getting one of these?

Hi @WalliePig

We've been advised that to get the help you need please give the dedicated Shell Migration team a call on 0345 172 0088, they'll be able to help.

Thanks

There should be no difference in your performance to that you received from Shell as Shell used TalkTalk infrastructure and all that has changed is billing.

When you say painfully slow, have you done a speed test as this should match the level you were getting from Shell.

Can you please post your results.

You may need to phone to discuss with the Shell transition team but staff will advise on that.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-

Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
