As the title really. New customer and where download speeds have been constant (400+ mb/s) upload speeds however have been terrible throughout, lucky to even keep above 1mb/s.
I've done a couple of connection tests leading to line faults being spotted by talktalk service centre, but it doesn't lead to a resolution.
Any help would be appreciated, as its the same issue we had with BT for ages.

So when got home it was still 3mbps upload, however after a reset of everything it seems to now have jumped up to 70 mbps upload (500mbps down)... all seems sorted! Thank you.

Thanks, line test passed, didn't pick up any issues. Can you switch the router and ONT off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on
