I've recently upgraded to full fibre and can't connect to my remote work PC using Splashtop. I could fix this in my previous TT connection FTTC by disabling 'Kid Safe' in my account. However, my account does not yet aknowledge that I am now FTTP full fibre. How can I fix this?
PS,
I was experiencing very poor connection speed (Ethernet & Wifi) and fixed this by disabling SmartByte in my startup processes (msconfig) for anyone else who may have the same issues.
