This topic has been covered before and is obviously a known problem but when I called the helpline number the lady I spoke to went away then came back and told me to phone again in 3 days time if the problem persisted. It didn't sound as if anything was going to be done in the meantime. It is particularly annoying because the bedroom phone display lights up every 30 minutes through the night. I have turned off the audible alert but I'm not sure whether it will still light up. I don't know whether any member of staff will read this.
