Internet dropping out every few hours

Been having an intermittent fault where the internet drops out and the router has to take a couple of minutes to reconnect, both the ethernet connections and the wifi go down. This started in October last year and I've been sent around in circles by the "customer services" and "technical" departments. The latest resolution the offered me was an upgrade for an extra £8 pm. Currently on my 3rd hour of going round in circles with different departments, AGAIN! Is there a way I can access logs on the router as evidence to cancel my contract?

Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, any noise on the line?

Thank you for updating your profile.
The line test is clear, can I just check, do you power down your router every night?

Yes please, might get better answers as the technical department keep asking me which website I'm having difficultly accessing when I've been pretty clear that its the internet service that is dropping out altogether

We can take a look at this fault for you on the Community, would you like us to arrange this?
