Well l have been on 900mb service for a while and thought l would install the app. However when l log in it says can't use it, now the about says only for 900mb see rvice so why?

I can't log I to the main Web site either just says technical error. I am on a mobile connection just now but that should not be an issue3

I have usually accessed my account via the eero app, as l said never knew about it until l couldn't login and the app is showing on the login page, a but stupid if only a very small part of the customer base can access it.

Wrt the plus Web page, what can l say that was what happened. I ordered 900mb with full WiFi and had 2 eeros delivered, then the or engineer installed the fibre from the pole to a new connector on my wall.

When I ordered it over 18months ago  there was nothing about plus, just the 500mb or the 900 with 2 eeros

Anyway we can close this as it is redundant now

Did you install it yourself using the Eero app?

Did you ever access My Account as this aspect for Plus would be via the app. As would help rather than having access to the Forum.

Having 2 Eeros does not make it a plus plan.

Additional Eeros have been installed on 900 where coverage is poor.

Yep on the plus plan. Got 2 eeros. Had to have an engineer visit as it was new full fibre installation

It says fibre 900 data only, total home wifi

I can only setup via the eero app not the tt app, l only noticed the tt app when Trying to login.

Got logged in now they changed the password requirement so my old one wasn't working

@HairyMcbiker, the difference is £8 a month extra for the Total Home WiFi service that comes with Plus:

The caption above comes with the caution that it's an AI reply but it gives you the basics.

With the Plus plan, everything is dealt with via the App including seeking help. If you were on plus, I believe you would have needed the app at the outset to set up your package and equipment.

Log in problems sometimes resolve if you clear history / cache, remove ad blockers,  allow pop ups, try another browser,  @HairyMcbiker.

You state you are on a 900 plan. Is this 900 Plus, as I believe the app is only available to users on the Plus plan.

As you can't log into it or use it, this suggests you are not a Plus customer.
