Hey guys, the topic title and tag may be odd, perhaps make allowances for a new poster? The actual question seems to have been answered by @fr8ys🙂

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You can check what is available to you within My Account and tailor this to your requirements and initiate the switch if it's acceptable to you.

 

I did this last year and it worked well.

 

Alternatively you can can phone to discuss your requirements.
