My neighbours either side have full fibre but openreach say it is not available for my house despite all 3 houses sharing the same telegraph pole. *removed for security*

It is best not to post address and location details on a public forum like this one. I am sure scammers have enough sources of information without us helping them here.  🙂

Is this the street and pole?

They may have a different ISP, and not TalkTalk.

Different ISPs have different partners often in the same areas.

Sometimes fibre is exclusively available to one ISP at the start of it being available, sometimes for financial reasons in the infrastructure.

It will come eventually, and offers will be shown within My Account.

Another factor can sometimes be the availability, or non availability of VOIP. Have you tried both with and without a phone in my account?
